As a counsellor I tend to have several phrases I state repetitively to my clients. I know how important repetition is to integrating new concepts. On many occasions I have been told "I wish I had that written down to see it all the time."
While I do encourage exactly that, surrounding yourself in Affirming statements of truth, I also know my clients don't write these things down cause they tell me.
