How Am I Feeling? Emoji Journal Stickers
Journaling is fun with these emoji sticker sheets!
Checking in with our emotions is hard, and not something we are inclined to do. I’ve found that creating easy, flexible, and fun opportunities to stop and ask yourself, “How am I feeling?” is important for those on a healing journey of empowerment.
Use these emoji stickers to support your feelings check-in’s and track your emotions. Each sticker pack comes with 3 - 5 X 7 inch sticker sheets, each sheet is complete with 18 emoji faces. Use these 54 stickers to communicate your feelings. Each set packaged in a cello bag for protection.
Use for journaling, with feelings log, and much more. Use as a method of communication with yourself and others as needed.

The first homework assignment I assign to my clients is to begin a feelings log to track their emotions. It’s still the most valuable tool to prompt change and to gain awareness about how one is being impacted by their lives.
Incorporate these feelings stickers into your journaling practice to support your self engagement and motivate your healing journey.
