This deck has been 5 years in the making. When I became a clinical counsellor I struggled to find resources to support my clients. I am a counsellor who supports those with chronic and complex trauma and often self-help resources are dismissive of those who live lives with limited power. Everyone doesn’t have the power to “do,” or even to say “no”.
But, we all have the power to be kind, and to trust ourselves while we heal and become empowered. Use this deck to begin your journey toward self-trust.
